What is the best way of doing this in the winter?

I use the indoor dryer racks: http://housewares.hardwarestore.com/37-1 86-indoor-clothes-dryer.aspx I bought mine cheap at Target but now I see there was really no need for me to buy one. I've been hanging my clothes up on hangers in the basement and it gives me more room to air dry my clothes.

Do they dry ok in the basement? Does it stay warm enough to dry your clothes there? How long do they take to dry?

I try to dry mine out in the sun in the warmer months but the condo association sends us letters about having a clothesline >:O I'll have to get a collapsible rack that they can't see as easily :P

@The Caitling: Go to http://theclimateproject.org and arrange for your condo assoc to get a presentation. That ought to help get this rule overturned at the next election.
