Turn off your computer and do something "unplugged"
Last comment by user_380 on 17 May 2009:| In college my computer was on 24/7. Now that I've graduated and I'm living at home, I'm on the computer much less and when I'm off it I turn it off... |
Description
A bit of an conflict given that we're encouraging you to USE your computer for StepGreen! But, after you are done with your session, consider getting away from the screen for an hour and simply doing an activity that doesn't require energy. Make sure your computer gets turned off or goes into sleep mode first! Then, take a walk, take a nap, read a book (the paper version), play a game with your kids.Tags
